Create your account

Sign in or create a Free account on the Account page. Free starts with 0 credits — upgrade or add your own OpenAI key to generate. Agency members join through the registration link their agency sends.

Brief Thumbnail Studio

Open Thumbnail Studio, paste the video title, add a short brief and who the video is for, then pick the format — YouTube 16:9 or Shorts 9:16.

Art-direct it

Choose a style preset, an emotion and the visual medium, add your headline and sub-text, and drop in reference photos for the person, product, background or text style you want matched.

Generate

Set the quality and how many variations you want. The estimated cost is shown before you commit. Each image takes roughly half a minute to a minute; the run keeps going even if your connection drops.

Refine in the gallery

Favourite the strong ones. Use Edit with AI for a single targeted change, or the Remixer for a fresh direction. Score anything you are unsure about in the Analyzer.

Approve and publish

Send a client review link for sign-off, generate matching titles and hooks in the Copywriter, then download the winner — or the whole set as a ZIP.

Frequently asked

Do I need design skills?

No. You describe the video in plain words and choose a look from the presets. The studio writes the art direction for you and renders finished, upload-ready images at the exact size each platform wants.

Can I use my own face, product or brand?

Yes. Attach a subject photo and the person stays recognisable, a product photo and the product is kept faithful, a background photo for the scene, and a text-style sample to match your typography.

What does a thumbnail cost?

The site owner must add an admin OpenAI key. If you do not add your own key, that admin key is used and credits are deducted from your balance. Add your own OpenAI key in Settings and your requests run on your account with no credit charge.

How long does a run take?

Roughly 30 to 90 seconds per image, so a batch of four takes a few minutes. The work continues on the server even if your connection drops or you close the tab, and finished thumbnails appear in your gallery.

Can my client see the options without an account?

Yes. Client Review creates a private link that expires. Your client comments on individual thumbnails, approves one or asks for a revision, and you see the whole history in the studio.

Where are my thumbnails stored?

In your own WordPress uploads folder, in a dedicated directory for this plugin. Nothing depends on an external gallery, and you can download any thumbnail or a whole campaign as a ZIP whenever you like.
